Why do superheroes do what they do? What makes a superhero a superhero? Can there be real life superheroes? Would superheroes solve our current world problems, or make them even worse? For the answer to these and other questions, there's now a place to find them: the Superhero Philosophy meetup. We'll be discussing the 'larger' issues around superheroes. There is no required reading, but a suggested book for those interested is "Superheroes and Philosophy", editors Morris and Morris.
